Strategic data visualization of health conditions in Veneto
Starting from anonymized information of different flows produced by ULSS for the Ministry of Health and AUR data, Geko has developed an example of dynamic stratgical reporting on aspects concerning the health conditions of the population in Veneto.
Data have been carefully selected, aggregated, normalized and integrated/matched with additional information sources relating to social-cultural conditions, health structures and environment's conditions made available as open data by various regional and national datasources like ARPAV, ISTAT, ITALIAN MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR, IDT OF REGIONE DEL EVENTO.
Knime, the free and open source analytical platform used for our analysis has allowed us to carry out a delicate activity of data blendig and integration of data sources with minimum effort and code free, as well as to operate in full compliance with the GDPR for processing personal data.
Thanks to Qlik Sense's associative engine all the reports produced follow the "storytelling" logic that allows a complete, guided and intuitive presentation of the treated topic through a sequence of different dashboards made up of texts, images, tables, graphs and indicators. It's also possible to apply dynamics and logical filters of drill-up drill-down on data with real-time updating of the entire report, avoiding the onerous creation of cubes.
